Vintage oval blue rose pin brooch

This is a very pretty oval pin with a blue rose on white background. Measures 2" x 1". The border has blue painted accents. I am not sure what the center oval is made of, but I think it is porcelain. I cannot be one hundred percent certain it is not a composite, but it is heavy enough and very good quality. Good condition.
