Vintage teardrop blue stone ring stamped UTC 925 size 7

This is a sterling goldwash ring with a blue teardrop stone, stamped "UTC 925" o nthe inside of the band. Stone measures .75" x .5". The band is 1/8" wide. Size 7. The stone tests in the low jadeite range on my Presidium Gem Tester, so it is a gemstone, but I cannot say for sure whether it is a synthetic stone or a genuine mined one. Beautiful color. Some visible wearing away of the goldwash, marks in the metal and wear to the band. Overall in very good -pre-owned condition, flaws as noted.
