Big wood carved 27" necklace African woman's head

This is a large wood carved necklace with linked scallops and an African woman's head for the pendant. I suppose it could also be the head of a South American Indian or Colombian woman, but I am more inclined to think African. Very smooth satiny feel to the touch. Hook and eye closure. Measures 27" long. Each scallop measures 2 1/8" x 5/8". The pendant is 3.5" long x 2.25" wide x 3/8" thick (about) at the widest points. Some dullness to the metal links, and some natural color wood showing through on the back of all the scallops. Also some natural weathering/wear to the scallops on the front and some small scratches on the back of the pendant commensurate with age and normal use. The necklace has a great patina. Overall in very good pre-owned condition, flaws as noted. Please view and enlarge all photos as part of the description.
